OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees of Suds Car Wash, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.
- How to Enter: Participants may enter the giveaway as follows: A single entry will be granted upon following [@_sudscarwash] on Instagram. An additional entry is available if the participant shares the giveaway post on their Instagram story and tags [@_sudscarwash]. For a further entry, the participant must like or comment on the original giveaway post, tagging two friends.
- Entry Period: The giveaway starts on November 9, 2023 at 12:01am and ends on December 7, 2023 at 11:59pm. All entries must be received during the specified entry period.
- Prize: The winner will receive one month free car washes at one of the following locations: Hamilton, Cambridge, Chatham and London . No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
- Selection: The winner will be chosen at random using a random selection tool. The winner will be announced on December 14, 2023 on our Instagram page and will be contacted via direct message. The winner will have 3-5 business days to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within the stipulated time, a new winner will be chosen.
- Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, the winner agrees to accept the decisions of Suds as final and binding.
- Release: By participating, entrants release Suds and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, and all others associated from any liability associated with this giveaway.
